Dr Ayer’s nurse practitioner made me feel at ease.  She patiently reviewed my MRI in detail. She  answered all my questions, which gave me a better perspective of options available that could relieve my chronic back pain. I can’t say enough about the care I have received  over the years with Apex and especially Dr. Ayer. I am now one year post op from spinal fusion L3-S1 with pelvic screws and could not be happier. Dr.Ayer was my second opinion and I knew from the start he would be my first choice. I will always be an advocate for spinal fusion instead of changing your life becoming unhealthy. Dr. Ayer is fantastic. I came to him from a referral.  His expertise, explanations, and the amount of time he spends with his patients is by far the best I’ve ever experienced.  He performed miraculous surgery on me and turned my life around.

Dr. Seecharan has fixed me up 3x!  I won’t use anyone else.  Every time I get an MRI they ask me who did my fusion because it’s such a beautiful job. I’ve had injections done there in order to have an MRI at their new center. I highly recommend them as the staff is incredibly sweet too.

I interviewed 3 surgeons before picking Dr Ayer as my go to guy to operate on my back. One of things he did was to make sure I didn’t have a blood flow issue into my legs because of the symptoms I was experiencing. He sent me to a vascular surgeon to check me out before he would operate just to eliminate all possible issues. No one else I spoke to suggested that and even the vascular surgeon was impressed that Dr. Ayers even thought of that. It was negative so Dr Ayers did minimally invasive surgery on my spine and 3 weeks out now I am starting to feel like a new man. He is the greatest.
